Course Description

This is a 24-hour training course which exceeds the California Department of Consumer Affairs – Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) requirements for school staff or security guard working on the property of a K–12 school district or community college district shall complete the latest course of training. This course not only meets but exceeds the 24-hour training requirements mandated by Senate Bill 1626 for Campus Security Personnel as defined in federal Education Code 38001.5 and section 72330.5 also to include section 7583.45, Chapter 11.5 of the Business and Professions.
